Digital printing

Digital printing is the fastest, state-of-the-art printing technique, as it does not require any special preparation of the machines. The procedure is the same as in printers, whereas the quality of the print equals the offset printing. With digital printing, everything is printed directly from the original computer file, so all steps of making printing plates and printing machine settings are avoided, which makes the technique cheaper than other techniques. The whole printing procedure is very fast which allows the final product to be finished on the same day that we receive the files. Digital printing is suitable for all printing matters that change, are repeatedly needed in smaller print volumes, or demanded on the day of the order. We use Xerox 700, which allows printing on all kinds of paper, max paper size 12.6 x 18.5 in..

Advantages of digital printing

Digital printing is carried out directly from the file which allows the printing materials to be personalized very easily (each print can be different from the previous ones), without prior graphic preparation; consequently, lead time is shorter. Digital printing can also be used for numbering individual printed products. After printing, no drying time is needed, which additionally shortens lead time, also, finishing is possible immediately. Digital printing is cheaper than other techniques when print series are smaller than 1000 pieces.
