Protecting privacy

We only store customer data for as long as we need for our own needs. After this period, the customer data will be permanently deleted.
At the express request of our customer, we can also delete his data earlier. All data provided by the visitor when registering in our online store are intended solely for the operation of the online store and in no case will be used for other purposes or. will not be passed on to a third party.

In the online store, we use a cookie mechanism only and exclusively for storing temporary data – and above all without your personal data. The latter are stored exclusively on a secure server.
So if you log out of our online store after each login, you can safely shop from any computer and the next user of this computer will not notice it. If you visit us only as a guest (without logging in), it is enough to close the window with our online store to delete important traces.

Terms of use
GENERAL
You can shop in the online store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Use is free. The buyer is obliged to take over the ordered goods. Upon receipt, the buyer is obliged to check the quantity and quality of the ordered goods. Upon receipt, the buyer pays for the goods in the manner chosen when confirming the order.
RETURNS
We will try to resolve any complaints for the benefit of the customer. Complaints about purchased goods are taken into account in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act. The costs of returning the goods in the complaint are covered by the buyer, while the costs of sending replacement goods are covered by the trader. ORDER CANCELLATION
If the goods were already shipped at the time of your order cancellation, you have the right to return the purchased goods at your own expense within thirty days from the date of receipt in the original and undamaged packaging to the dealer’s address. If the trader assesses that the goods are not in the same (original) condition as was provided to the buyer at the time of sale, he reserves the right to compensation or to re– and this time irrevocably – delivery of such goods to the buyer.
General terms of sale and payment
The sale of goods and services from the catalog of BUSINESS AND PROMOTIONAL GIFTS 2021, of the company TISK ŽNIDARIČ, d.o.o., Kranj, is subject exclusively to our terms of delivery and payment. The order is valid with a written order from the customer, by fax, e-mail or order in the online store. The purchasing conditions of the client do not bind us, even if we do not object. This also applies to oral and telephone agreements and statements of all kinds.
When publishing data on the web portal TRGOVINA IN WEB CATALOG, we do not exclude the possibility of errors, which we cannot influence and are not responsible for.
1. The sale is intended EXCLUSIVELY FOR LEGAL ENTITIES. (Companies, sole proprietors….)
2. The minimum total order per order form must be at least EUR 10.00 (VAT and various prints are not included in the joint order).
4. All prices listed on the web portal and online catalog are wholesale and do not include VAT.
5. You can pay for the ordered goods by proforma invoice or cash on delivery.

7. Delivery costs are calculated according to the value of the purchase, according to the weight of the business package according to the official price list of Pošta Slovenije.
8. The delivery time of the ordered goods is 7 working days from the receipt of your order and our confirmation that the goods are in stock. The date of arrival of funds on our account is considered to be the payment of goods according to the pro forma invoice.
11. Any complaints are accepted within 8 days of receipt of the goods.
12. All information provided on the customer’s order will be stored in accordance with applicable laws.
